GASP
GASP® automates the collection, identification and processing
of PC based software/hardware asset data regardless of whether it
is on a local desktop or on a laptop anywhere in the world. GASP
flexible reports transform PC asset data into useful business information,
thereby allowing companies to address the issues associated
with IT asset management including software license compliance,
Windows XP/2000 migration, disaster recovery planning and control
of total cost of ownership (TCO). Compatible - with Windows XP/2000/NT/98/95
and 3.x, DOS, OS/2 and Macintosh prior to OS v10. The version available
for free downloads includes all of the functions but is restricted
to the audit and processing of no more than 25 seats and valid for
60 days only.

Tally Systems WebCensus
Tally Systems WebCensus hosted PC inventory service offers instant,
accurate hardware and software audits over the Web, with nothing
to install. It provides instant free inventory of your individual
PC and you can sign up for a free trial subscription to the WebCensus
Inventory Service. TS.Census automatically inventories hardware
and software, detailing PC, UNIX server, and network assets across
the enterprise. TS.Census Usage Module monitors software usage on
PCs running Windows 95/98, NT 4.0,2000, or XP. The version available
for free downloads is restricted to the audit and processing of
no more than 100 PCs and valid for 30 days only.

Font Discovery Tool
The Font discovery Tool quickly scans your computer to find all the fonts on your network quickly and accurately. You need to install the tool with administrator rights or the tool will only scan the files that you are authorised to access. After you scan refer to the Results Guide in the Font Discovery Tool which indicates what the number of fonts found is likely to mean and recommends next steps that you should take to determine whether the fonts found are correctly licensed or not.
